I am a passionate seeker and a heart-centred entrepreneur. Originally from Italy, I lived and travelled in 30+ countries since the age of 11.
I graduated from highly-ranked Italian and Swiss Universities with a Master Degree in International Affairs & Digital Innovation Business. After an inspiring working experience for multinational tech companies (incl. Google), I decided to take a sabbatical year to deepen the existential questions present in my mind and soul at that time. With a one-way ticket to Bangkok, I backpacked in South East Asia for 8 months, and there I got initiated to various forms of meditation, mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, and other spiritual and healing practices. My self-discovery quest deepened whilst living in San Francisco, where I have been working on a pilot project with cutting-edge technologies in the art sector. I was then invited to attend several courses, trainings and festivals by O&O Academy (India), receiving invaluable teachings on how to live in a beautiful inner state, to manifest heartfelt intentions and to flow with life.
After some experiences in the start-up scene in Zurich (Switzerland), I now focus on Wellbeing, Mental Health, Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Personal Development for individuals and companies, as well as being the People Engagement Manager at Teralytics, a global tech company. I am so passionate about bringing soft awareness to inner limitations, false attachments and conditionings, and rising to the fullest potential as a whole and complete human being.
