About the event
Many of us have a deep longing of connecting with oneself and experiencing nurturing loving relationships. Way too often, however, we find ourselves closing off, escaping, running away, numbing our emotions, protecting ourselves with tall and thick walls, telling ourselves fancy stories for why "that relationship was not meant to be". And we suffer so much and get even angry at ourselves because, at the core, what we all really want is to feel love for oneself and for others, and to feel we are loved. These subconscious behaviours stem from deep fears of being hurt, of falling short on ideals, of being abandoned, of being vulnerable, of not being good enough. What if we could bring gentle, soft, caring attention to those vulnerable parts of ourselves, hug them and decide to tear those walls of separation apart and, instead, soften into our hearts and open up to Love & Grace to flow through us? That is the intention of "The Magic of Your Open Heart" workshop, where we'll be using the powerful wisdom of Kundalini Yoga, Active Breathwork and Guided Visualisations to soften, open up, surrender and experience the purest form of Love.
To heal. To come back home. To connect. To create. To manifest. To live.
