Elements Yoga Chakra Journey

We will connect with the different elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether within us - through yoga & dance movements, guided visualisations & healing songs from different cultures in order to activate our physical and energetical body, so we can best get ready for the Active Breathing Meditation that will follow.

Active Breathing Meditation - Experience your bliss

The Active Breathing Meditation is also called “Ananda Mandala”. In Sanskrit Ananda means happiness or bliss, which is our fundamental state of being. Mandala means a circle or a place. Therefore, Ananda Mandala means experiencing bliss in a circle.

Ananda Mandala is a very powerful breathing technique particularly effective in activating the chakras and awakening the kundalini. Originally developed and practiced by the faculty of Oneness University (now O&OA) in India, this form of meditation draws its inspiration from the ancient yogic tradition. It consists of a combination of rhythmic rapid breathing alternated with a progress of meditation on the 7 chakras. As a result, participants can alter their states of consciousness and experience the deeper layers of their being. Once the Kundalini is activated, it will move through the body trying to make its way to unblock stuck emotions & to cleanse the energy system. Participants may go through deep emotional release, leading to a greater flow of life-force energy throughout the body as well as a remembrance of our true nature of bliss and oneness. After completing this meditation, the participants will return to their normal state with a renewed sense of well-being, clarity, peace, and unconditional happiness.
